→ Results: App engagement increased by 35%, users were less confused, and support calls went down, with more positive feedback.


• Led the redesign of Galp mobile app to make it easier for users to find important information, reduce frustration, and increase app adoption.

• Conducted user research (support tickets, reviews, analytics), user interviews, usability tests, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluation to understand problems and validate solutions.

Project Galp Assistant – B2B
→ Results: Reduced oil quantity check time by 80%, made replenishment orders easier, improved cash counting accuracy, and saved employees significant time.

• Designed a digital system to replace manual spreadsheet processes, helping users save time and reduce errors in cash and oil operations in Portugal and Spain.

• Did user shadowing to understand real workflows, worked with cross-functional teams, led ideation workshops, and conducted usability testing to validate solutions.
